PURPOSE: To correct and/or approve the minutes as submitted by the Clerk to the Board as
listed below:
September 19, 2007 BOCC Regular Meeting
September 20, 2007 Assembly of Governments Meeting
September 28, 2007 BOCC Board Mini-Retreat
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the Governing Board
has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve minutes as
presented or as amended.
