A RESOLUTION RECOMNLENDING A CHAPEL HH,L REPRESENTATIVE TO FILL A
SEAT ON THE ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD (2007-09-
24/R-11)
WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has requested that the Town Council
fill a Chapel Hill seat on the Orange County Animal Services Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the Council has voted to select a representative;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the
Council recommends that Rachel Beckham be appointed by the Orange County Board of
Commissioners to serve as the Chapel Hill representative on the Orange County Animal Services
Advisory Board.

animals they have talcen in as pets without doing proper research, I tl~il~lc I have a lot to
offer this board. I understand the dangers as well as the importance of many species
