Services: Subject to the terms and conditions of Service Agreement [Contract#01523357], TWC shall provide Customer with a
dedicated Internet connection(as detailed in Exhibit A)Customer may purchase any additional capacity separately.
Monthly Recurring Fees: $2700.00
The fees set forth above do not include applicable taxes and other similar charges(as described more fully in the Time Warner
Cable Business Class Optical Access Service Agreement Terms and Conditions)which may be part of the fee charged by TWC
hereunder and which shall be the responsibility of the Customer as set forth in this Agreement. .
Term of Service: is co-terminus with Contract#01523357
THIS BUSINESS CLASS OPTICAL ACCESS SERVICE AGREEMENT SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AS AGREED TO IN THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT.
