PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Hillsborough Planning Board.
BACKGROUND: The term of David Remington expired on 6/30/2007. He is willing and eligible
fore reappointment. If reappointed, he will be serving a second full term,- which will end on June
30, 2010.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Hillsborough Planning Board.

give me an understanding and appreciation of the complexities of land use planning
issues.. While my family and I are relative newcomers to the Hillsborough area
(approx. 2 years), we have grown to love the community and its people. The nature
and pace of future growth and development in Hillsborough and surrounding areas will
profoundly affect all of our lives. I feel I have unique shills to contribute in the process
of planning for this future, and am interested in devoting some of my time to serving

outside the Hillsborough Town limits in the extraterritorial planning zone, and
understand that there is currently an opening on the planning board for an
extraterritorial member. My wife, Kathryn Remington, has similar interests and would
