CONTRACT FY16-86482
This Agreement amends the contract bearing the effective date of July 1, 2015 between the North
Carolina Arts Council, hereinafter referred to as the"Agency"and Orange County Arts Commission,
hereinafter referred to as the"Grantee." This Amendment is hereby effective upon final signatures of all
parties.
As provided for under the terms of this contract,the Agency and the Grantee agree to amend the
following contract provisions:
Attachment A,Grant Award Letter(s) FY1686482--Awarded amount of$30878 is changed to
$32888.
Attachment A, Grant Award Letter(s) FY1686482----Stipulation has been added-Grantee must
spend at least$7519 for multicultural programs.
All other terms and conditions as set forth in the original contract document shall remain in effect for the
duration of this Agreement.
