PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for year 2008.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
- The Board will consider amending its regular meeting calendar for 2008
by adding an Annual Planning Retreat on Saturday, January 26, 2007
from 9:OOam to 4:00 pm (breakfast at 8:30am) at the Southern Human
Services Center in Chapel Hill, N.C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend its
regular meeting calendar for 2008 by adding an Annual Planning Retreat on
Saturday, January 26, 2007 from 9:OOam to 4:00 pm (breakfast at 8:30am) at the
Southern Hurnan Services Center in Chapel Hill, N.C.
