PURPOSE: To consider making reappointments to the Information Technology Advisory
Committee.
BACKGROUND: The Clerk's office has received recommendations for the Information
Technology Advisory Committee for the following people: Roger Smith and Noel Lewis. If
reappointed Mr. Smith will be serving his first full term ending 12/31/2010 and Mr. Lewis will be
serving his second full term ending 12/31/2010.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making reappointments to the Information Technology Advisory
Committee.
