The Regi�ter of Deeds requests the Board: A. Approve a proposed budget of $155,068 for the Land Title Reco ds Grant. B. Authc irize creation of a Land Records Management Advisory Council . C. Allow Orange County to be placed under the provisions of GS 1 1+-22.2, which permits the Register of Deeds to install a Pa cel Identifier Index. 7. The Finance Department submits the following report of bids received: New roof for gymnasium at old Grady Brown School Budd-Piper Roofing Company $17,266 8. The Manager recommends the only bid for re-roofing the old Grady Brown gymnasium, Budd-Piper Roofing, be accepted. 9. The Board has received two requests to increase membership of the Water Res urces Planning and Protection Task Force. 10. The Finance Director submits proposed budget amendments for Board consideration. -2- 11. The Chapel Hill Board of Aldermen has requested the Board of Commissioners make certain amendments to its resolution authorizing creation of a Human Services Advisory Committee. 12.
