Specifically, what measurements or other Jata will -be collected, what criteria will be used to determine whether it is needed, how citizen input will be received, etc. In the event that it is determined that the by-pass, or a portion of It, is needed, what is the process by which the exact location of the road will be decided? We should also invite the Carrboro and Chapel Hill Boards of Aldermen, the Chatham County Commissioners and representatives from the University of North Carolina to participate if they are interested. - This is to certify that the above is a true and correct copy of so much of the minutes .of the Orange .County Board of Commissioners' meeting on February 26, 1979.
