Dr. Robert Hanes , Superintendent of Chapel Hill-Carrboro Schools, and a represe tative of the County Sheriff's department will discuss traffic controlproblems occurring near certain schools that are not located within the Town of Chapel Hill , 5. The Boa�"d has conducted a public hearing in the Northside School Community dealing with the conveyance of a portion of the Northside property to the Chapel ill Housing Authority. Is the Board now willing to convey this property to the Housing Authority? 6. The Sta e Department of Transportation recommends petitions for addition to the State highway system of : A.
