Does any Board member desire to add additional items to this agenda? 2. The Clerk submits minutes of Board meetings held October 17 , October 24, October 3C and November 6 for consideration. 3. The Planning Board recommends the petition to rezone from residential to general industrial filed by Mr. Clarence Gates be denied. 4. Mr. C. W. Davis, representing owners of Stagecoach Run subdivision, will discuss this development's state of compliance with the County's Erosion Control Ordinance provisions and the civil penalty levied by the Board against this development. 5. The Manager submits a report of bid results for storm windows and insulation. (Agenda Attachment I). ��',� 6. The Energy Conservation Officer recommends: A. The bi of Lowes, Inc. for storm windows be accepted. B. All bi s for insulation be rejected. The Managet concurs in these recommendations. 7. Representatives of Peat, Marwick and Mitchell will review the County's audit for iscal year 1977-1978. 8. Consideration on second reading of amendments to the Orange County Soil and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. (Agenda Attachment II).r � 9. All members of the Board were present at the opening of the meeting. Commissioners Pinney and Walker were not present when the follow- ing resolution was introduced to the Board: BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for Orange County that the Orange County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Co=-ol Ordinance_be. amended as shown in the complete ordinance attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The sections amended are indicated as such. The amendments to take effect upon notification of approval of the ordinance as amended from the North Carolina Sedimentation Control Commission. Be it further resolved that the Orange County Erosion Control Officer is directed to send a copy of the ordinanc as amended to the North Carolina Sedimentation Control Commission for their consideration and approval. The Erosion Control Officer- is further directed to file with the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners a complete copy of the ordinance as amended showing the effective date of the amendments after approval from the North Carolina Sedimentation Control Commission. Commissioner Norman Gustaveson moved passage of the foregoing resolution and Commissioner Don Willhoit seconded the 4' motion. Commissioner Don '-Iillhoit seconded the motion. The resolution passed and the vote was as follows: Ayes: Commissioners Norman Gustaveson, Donald Willhoit; Jan Pinney and Richard Whitted. Noes: Commissioners I, Mary Lou Bouley, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners to the County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners for said County at meetings held on November 6, 1978 and November 21, 1978, as relates in any way to the RESOLUTION hereinabove set forth and that said proceedings are recorded in the minute book of said Board for said dates.
