1. Does any Board tie-tuber desire to add additional items to this
agenda?
2 . Appointments :
A. One vacancy exists on the Orange County Board of
Adjustments.
B. One vacancy exists on the Orange County Planning
Board
3 . The Board of County Commissioners has heard but not decided three
property tax assessment appeals :
A. Austin Watts, Tract No. 581.9
B. Austin Watts, Tract No. 5816
C. Percy H. Quinlan, Tract No. 2571
4 . doe Nassi Architect for the Grady Brown renovation, will review
bids received for this work. Mr. Nassif will evaluate several
courses of action now open to the Board.
5. The County Attorney and a representative of the State Department
of Commerce will review proceedings necessary to create an
Industria: Development Revenue Bond Authority.
* As this r view will include discussion of the acquisition of a
particular tract of real property, this discussion might appro-
priately be held in executive session . The County Attorney will
comment on the appropriateness of an executive session when
considering this issue.
