4 . The Board of County Commissioners met in special session on
5 . Friday. September 8, 1978 at 12 :00 noon in the Commissioners ' Room
6- of the Court Ouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
7. Members present: Commissioners Richard Whitted, Norman Walker,
8. Norman Gustave on and Donald Willhoit. Commissioner .Ian Pinney
9. was absent.
10. This meeting was held to name a Clerk to the Board.
11. Commissioer Wil.lhoit moved that Mary Lou Bouley be named Clerk
12. to the Board of County Commissioners. Commissioner Gustaveson offered
13. a second to th motion. Vote: ayes - 4 and
noes 0 ,
