1 . Does any oard member desire to add additional items to this
agenda?
2. The Acting Clerk submits minutes of the Board's August 7, 1978
meeting for consideration.
3. The Count Attorney will submit two contracts for Board consideration:
A. Betwe n Orange County and Coleman, Bernholz & Dickerson for legal
services to the Child Support Enforcement program
B. Between Orange County and Coleman, Bernholz & Dickerson for legal
services to the Department of Social Services
4. The County Attorney will review a proposed ordinance to regulate door to
door soli ' itations within Orange County.
5. Appointme t:
A. A vacancy will exist on the Orange County Planning Board. This
vacan;y is being created by the resignation of Ms. Marilyn Riddle.
6. The State Department of Transportation proposes the addition of roads
to the State, Highway System:
A, Stone brook Road (Stoneybrook Subdivision)
B. Wolfs' Trail , Wolfs' Court and Boulder Bluff Trail (each in Wolfs'
Pond Subdivision) .
7. The Manag r and Health Director will recommend a lease of office space
for the H alth Department in Carr Mill Mall .
