Re: Offer of Dedication of Additional Rights-of-Way& Permanent Drainage Easement for Town of
Hillsborough—Churton Street Improvement Project
Orange County, NC the current owner of the area described below does hereby dedicate and convey unto the
Town of Hillsborough, its successors and assigns, all of its rights, title and interest in and to the Additional
Rights-of-Way and Permanent Drainage Easement as shown on "Exhibit of Additional Rights-of-Way&
Permanent Drainage Easement for Town of Hillsborough" prepared by Summit Design and Engineering
Services, PLLC, and more particularly described as follows:
Additional Right of Way
Commencing at a #5 rebar set in the margin of the Rights-of-Way of NC Hwy 86 North, also known as South
Churton Street in the Town of Hillsborough, North Carolina, and having the NC State Plane Coordinate of N:
845619.8844 usft, E: 1970679.4474 usft, and being the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning, the
following courses and distances: NO2°08'12"W 240.00'to a #5 rebar set; N88°01'29"E 9.16'to a #5 rebar set;
S01 058'31"E 240.00'to a #5 rebar set; S88°01'29"W 8.49'to the Point of Beginning and being+/- 2,117.53
square feet.
Permanent Drainage Easement
Commencing at a#5 rebar set in the margin of Rights-of-Way of NC Hwy 86 North, also known as South
Churton Street in the Town of Hillsborough, North Carolina, and having the NC State Plane Coordinate of
N845694.1329 usft, E: 1970685.3768 usft, and being the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning, the
following courses and distances: N88°01'29"E 20.00'to a #5 rebar set, S01°5831"E 24.00'to a #5 rebar set;
S88°01'29"W 20.00'; N01°5831"W 24.00'to a#5 rebar set to the Point of Beginning and being+/-480 square
feet.
