Dear Commissioners,
At the Board's June 2, 2015 regular meeting,petitions were brought forth which were reviewed by the
ChairNice Chair/Manager Agenda team. The petitions and responses are listed below:
1) Review and consider a request from Commissioner Jacobs that, for meetings with shorter
agendas, the Board receive Five Minute Reports from staff on various topics.
Response: Chair McKee to confer with Commissioner Jacobs.
2) Review and consider a request from Commissioners Price and Pelissier that the board
consider a resolution from NACo regarding the efforts to reduce the number of people in jail
experiencing mental illness.
Response: Staff, including Sheriff, Social Services, and others, to develop materials.
