496 Orange County Registry,does hereby dedicate and convey unto Town of Chapel Hill,its successors and
assigns,all of its rights,title and interest in and to the Access Easements in accordance with plans titled"Dedication
of Storm Water Facility Easements"prepared by Riley Surveying,PA,and dated 01/28/2015.

Beginning at a computed point on the southern right-of-way of Culbreth Road,said point being the northeast corner
of Tract 1; thence,with said southern right-of-way N 77 041'59"W 98.03'to a computed point,the northeast comer of
a 25'Access Easement,said point also being the true point of beginning; thence,leaving said computed point and
within Tract 1 Orange County the following seven calls: S 04 141'00"W 734.35'to a point,N 85 007'16"W 26.64'to a
