Reasons for wanting to serve on this board:
Having grown up in California, I appreciate the importance of planning for growth and
development. I came to North Carolina in 1979 to attend law school at Carolina and, after
practicing law elsewhere, returned in 1991 to work at the School of Government. The state and
county have undergone many changes, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to
continued progress.
