All three of the referenced persons have been active on their respective boards since their term expiration and have not
given any indication of NOT desiring reappointment. In fact, I'm pretty sure I requested the reappointment of Tammy
Jacobs, but don't quote me.
Attached are the attendance logs for all 3 boards to support my request that each of them be reappointed by official
action of the Board. You will notice that Jamie Paulsen has missed several regular meetings this fiscal year. However,
she remains involved with the HRC's events and subcommittees.

build and run numerous youth programs, including in Chapel Hill public housing. I also
helped start an initiative to catalog and organize a database of affordable housing in the
county, and became very familiar with the options in Orange as well as the unmet needs.

I am interested not only in the positive development of our county, but also want to contribute my
professional experience to help overcome systemic barriers that hold back low income families.
