We have prepared applications using the various HUD formats, and have completed applications using the new IDIS eCon Planning Suite HUD is novr requiring all CDBG Entitlement Communities to prepare their new Five Year Consolidated Plans using the eCon Planning Suite A. FY 2015-2019 Five Year Consolidated Plan: Urban Design Ventures will prepare the Orange County's Five Year Plan in accordance with the HUD Guidelines using the eCon Planning Suite, and the Consolidated Plan Template in IDIS Oct ne, and the Community Planning Development CPDt Maps website The Five Year Consolidated Plan will contain the following elements: • Executive Summary. Our staff will describe what actions the County proposes to undertake to improve the institutional structure • Monitoring. We will describe what actions the County will utilize to monitor its projects and sub-recipients. • Lead Based Paint.
