Payment to the Grantee for expenditures under this Agreement will be reimbursed after the Grantee's cost report is submitted and approved for eligible work. The grant award and MOA amendment shall be effective upon return of this form and final approval by North Carolina Emergency Management of the EMPG Grant Activities. Grant funds will be disbursed (according to the approved project budget) upon receipt of evidence that funds have been invoiced and products received and/or that funds have been expended (i.e., invoices, contracts, itemized expenses, etc.) and/or that all Universal work activities and up to six Optional work activities are completed. Grantee will perform all Universal work activities and up to six Optional work activities identified in the 2014 EMPG Activity Directory which is a part of the 2014 EMPG application packet, incorporated by reference herein. SAM Registration: SAM (System for Award Management) registration is required for all applicants. Each Grantee shall ensure that your organization's name, address, DUNS number and EIN are up to date in SAM and that the DUNS number used in SAM is the same one used to apply for all FEMA awards. SAM information can be found at http://www.sam.gov. Future payments will be contingent on the information provided in SAM; therefore it is imperative that the information is correct.
