OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIRMAN B. PUBLIC CHARGE The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect. The Board asks its citizens to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending member to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 1. They include the following: a. Item #3.a. Comprehensive Plan Map Amendments 1) CP-4-94-I-85/U.S.70 Economic Development District b. Item#3.c. Zoning Atlas Amendments 1) Z-4-94-I-85M.S.70 Economic Development District C. Item#3.d. Zoning Ordinance Teat Amendments 2) Article 6.29.3 -Design Standards for Economic Development Districts These items are being pulled because property owners were not notified by mad as required by Article 20.6 of the Zoning Ordinance. The items will be considered at the August 22, 1994 public hearing along with various approval procedure options for Economic Development Districts. In addition to the above items, another was mistakenly included on the agenda as an item for consideration. The item shown below was not advertised and is one of the approval procedure options scheduled for public hearing on August 22, 1994. a.
