PURPOSE: To present Resolutions of Appreciation to former
Planning Board and Historic Preservation Commission
members. The four members to be recognized have been
invited to the meeting to receive the presentations.
BACKGROUND: Resolutions of Appreciation have been prepared for
former Planning Board members, Betty Eidenier and
Carol Cantrell, whose terms have expired. Jean
Hamilton, also a Planning Board member, and Trawick
Ward, of the Historic Preservation Commission, have
each resigned after several years of service.
The Resolutions are to recognize the committment and
service of the citizens appointed by the Board of
Commissioners to represent Orange County on advisory
boards.
RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that the Resolutions of
Appreciation be presented.
