PURPOSE: To correct and approve the minutes as submitted for consideration
by the Clerk to the Board.
1. December 11, 1993 - Board Retreat
2. December 21, 1993 - Regular Meeting
3. February 28, 1994 - Quarterly Public Hearing
4. March 1, 1994 - Regular Meeting
5. March 10, 1994 - Special Meeting
6. March 15, 1994 - Regular Meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153a-42 of the General Statutes, the
governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered
into the official journal of the Board's proceedings.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : Remove from the Consent Agenda those minutes requiring
further discussion and place under item XII. Approve all minutes not
removed from the Consent Agenda.
