PURPOSE: To conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comments about
the County Manager' s Recommended 1994-99 Capital Improvements Plan.
BACKGROUND: At the March 1, 1994 meeting of the Orange County Board of
Commissioners, the Manager presented his Recommended 1994-99 Capital
Improvement Plan. The board established March 15, 1994 as the date for
a public hearing on this subject .
Staff will provide a brief summary concerning highlights of the CIP for
the benefit of citizens who may not have attended the presentation at
the March 1 meeting. Staff will be prepared to respond to any
questions or comments the Board may have following the receipt of
comments from the public.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Manager recommends that the Board conduct the public hearing.
