PURPOSE: To change the location of the March 1, 1994 regular meeting.
BACKGROUND: The meeting scheduled for March 1, 1994 was to be held at the
White Cross School in Bingham Township. The Clerk's office was informed
last week that the school will not be available on that evening. I
recommend that this meeting be held at the Orange Grove Community Center
on Orange Grove Road. This facility is available and has enough room for
a regular meeting.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : Approve a change in location for the March 1, 1994
regular meeting as stated in the "Notice of Change of Meeting Location" as
provided pursuant to N.C.G.S. 153-40.

NOTICE OF
CHANGE OF MEETING LOCATION
WHEREAS, General Statute 153A-40(a) requires the Board of
County Commissioners to fix the time and place of its regular
meetings; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to change the location of the
regular meeting scheduled for March 1, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. to the
Orange Grove Community Center, Orange Grove Road, Chapel Hill,
North Carolina; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the March 1, 1994 regular meeting shall be held
at 7:30 p.m. at the Orange Grove Community Center on Orange Grove
Road in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
This notice is provided pursuant to North Carolina General
Statute 153-40.
