PURPOSE: To correct and approve the minutes as submitted for consideration
by the Clerk to the Board.
1. November 4, 1993 - Special Meeting
2. December 21, 1993 - Regular Meeting
3. January 4, 1994 - Regular Meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153a-42 of the General Statutes, the
governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered
into the official journal of the Board's proceedings.
RECONMENDATION(S) : Remove from the Consent Agenda those minutes requiring
further discussion. Reconsider and approve the minutes for November
4, 1993 as corrected and approve all minutes not removed from the Consent
Agenda as presented and/or corrected.
