meeting, at 8 o'clock P, id., June 25, 1952, in the Commis sioners~ room at the
Courthouse, in Eill sboro, ISorth Carolina.

Efland and R. 0. Forrest.

L1r. Archie R. Davie, Architect, rtes prasant and stated he had contacted
the contractors aubmitti ng the lour bids on the construction of the proposed
nen courthouse and had narked out a revised contract leaving off the finishing
of the anterior et a coat as follons:

Id orr therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Forrest, duly seconded by
Commissioner Efland, pith all members voting in the affirmative, t~1r. Davis is
hereby authorised to have, contrac tore sign the revised cont recta and present
came to the Board at their meeting on July 7, 1952, for their approvel.
Unon motion of Corrmias ionar Efland, seconded by Commissioner Forrest,
ell county offices era hereby euthorized to remain closed on July 4th end 5th,
195z.
