PURPOSE: To discuss proposed Commissioner goals for 1995-96.
BACKGROUND: Each year, the Board of Commissioners has adopted a set of
Board goals for the fiscal year. Generally, these goals reflect
modifications and updates to long-term goals brought forward from the
previous year, and new goals identified by the Board at their annual
planning :retreat and during subsequent discussions.
The proposed goals for 1995-96, previously distributed under separate
cover, may be discussed and adopted at this meeting, or postponed for
formal adoption pending resolution of any changes the Board may wish to
make to the proposed goals.
RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board discuss the
proposed goals, identify any needed changes, and adopt them at this or
a subsequent meeting.
