PURPOSE: To officially add one Special Meeting and cancel two meetings
as listed on the Board of County Commissioners regular meeting
calendar.
BACKGROUND:
A special meeting will be held on October 11, 1995 at 5: 30 p.m. at the
OWASA Operations Center in Carrboro (prior to the Joint Planning Area
meeting already scheduled) for the purpose of meeting with the
governing boards from Chapel Hill and Carrboro to discuss the "Green
Tract" . The meetings scheduled for September 19 with the two School
Boards and September 21 with the Town of Hillsborough have been
canceled.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve adding one Special Meeting for October 11 and
canceling the meetings of September 19 and September 21, 1995.
