Minutes of the Hoard of Commis eionera

The Hoard met at 2 o~clock P. M. in the Courtroom with Mr. Archie ft. Davis
Architect for the proposed new Courthouse.
This meeting was held for the purpose of receiving bids for the coaetruc-
