PURPOSE: To review and approve the Rules of Procedure for the Board of
County Commissioners
BACKGROUND: The Institute of Government revised their publication
called Rules of Procedure for the Board of County Commissioners in
March, 1995. Changes made by the legislature in 1994 were incorporated.
Previous changes approved by the County Commissioners are listed on the
attachment under separate cover and will be incorporated into the
publication upon approval by the County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Rules of Procedure as written in the
publication with the amendments listed in the attachment.
