PURPOSE: To conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comments about
the County Manager' s Recommended 1995-2000 Capital Improvements Plan.
BACKGROUND: At the March 8, 1995 meeting of the Orange County Board of
Commissioners, the Manager presented his Recommended 1995-2000 Capital
Improvement Plan. The board established March 21, 1995 as the date for
a public hearing on this subject .
Staff will provide a brief summary concerning highlights of the CIP.
Staff will be prepared to respond to any questions or comments the
Board may have following the receipt of comments from the public . A
worksession is scheduled for March 30 to further discuss the capital
plan.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Manager recommends that the Board conduct the public hearing.
