Dear Mr. Ferebee:
This correspondence is written in response to your letter
dated February 8, 1995 . On behalf of the Orange County Consortium,
t I would like to notify you of our intent to become a Participating
Jurisdiction in the Federal HOME Investment Partnership Program for
FY 1995 .
We have received a positive response from the N.C. Housing
Finance Agency to our request to transfer a portion of the State of
North Carolina' s HOME allocation to Orange County in order to meet
the $500, 000 participation threshold requirement. A copy of the
authorization is enclosed.
We are very excited about this new opportunity and look
forward to working with you in the future. If you need additional
