PURPOSE: To correct and/or approve the minutes as submitted by the Clerk to the Board as
listed below:
February 8, 2008 BOCC Retreat
March 18, 2008 BOCC Regular Meeting
March 31, 2008 Assembly of Governments Meeting
April 8, 2008 BOCC Work Session
May 20, 2008 Transfer Station Siting Work Session (5:30pm)
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the Governing Board
has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve minutes as
presented or as amended.
