Dear Mr. McNeil:
Orange County is pleased to submit this Fiscal Year 1995 Small Cities Community
Development Block Grant Application for review and consideration by your staff. Funds
would be used to repair 17 deteriorated dwelling units. All of these dwellings are
occupied by low income residents.
This request for -funding has the full support of the Orange County Board of
Commissioners and represents a continuing, longstanding commitment on behalf of the
Board to secure funds to improve the living conditions of low and moderate income
citizens.
