PURPOSE: To correct and/or approve the minutes as submitted by the
Clerk to the Board.
January 17, 1995 - BOCC Regular Meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the
Governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered
into the official journal of the Board's proceedings.
RECOMMENDATION(S) : Remove from the Consent Agenda those minutes requiring
further discussion and place under item XII. Approve all minutes not
removed from the Consent Agenda.
