C. Black Walnut Farm - Preliminary Plan (8:50-9: 00) - Tabled; staff to meet with D.O.T. ; to come back to BOCC Feb. 6. D. Exercise of Option to Renew Lease at Chapel Hill Senior Center (9 : 00-9: 15) - Approved E. Zoning Enforcement Cases--Civil Penalties (9: 15- 9: 30) - Two cases had been resolved; Baldwin case still in violation - BOCC approved serving Baldwin a letter requesting zoning fees of $4500 F.
