Cates Creek including extension of water/sewer
as recommended by Planning Board; Area North of
Cates Creek was referred back to the Planning
Board staff to work with the citizens to come up
with the new category and take to Public Hearing
on March 29; Planning staff to look at the two
parcels not included and make a decision as to
whether or not to include them; Day Care added
to list of permitted uses.
C. Black Walnut Farm - Preliminary Plan (8:50-9: 00)
- Tabled; staff to meet with D.O.T. ; to come
back to BOCC Feb. 6.
D. Exercise of Option to Renew Lease at Chapel Hill
Senior Center (9 : 00-9: 15) - Approved
E. Zoning Enforcement Cases--Civil Penalties (9: 15-
9: 30) - Two cases had been resolved; Baldwin
case still in violation - BOCC approved serving
Baldwin a letter requesting zoning fees of $4500
