PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for year 2006.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
The Board will consider amending its regular meeting schedule for 2006 by changing the
location of the December 7, 2006 BOCC work session from Southern Human Services
Center in Chapel Hill to Link Government Services Center in Hillsborough.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar for 2006 by changing the location of the December 7, 2006 BOCC work
session from Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill to Link Government Services
Center in Hillsborough.
