PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee.
BACKGROUND: The term of Laura Deloye expired on 6/30/2006. She is willing and eligible for
reappointment. If reappointed, Ms. Deloye will be serving her third 2-year term, and would be ineligible
for further reappointment.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Adult Care Home Community
Advisory Committee.

Laura DeLoye is the only committee member up for reappointment on the Orange Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee.
Not only has she served as chair, she has fulfilled her official duties as a committee member every single month, by attending
business meetings and/or making ofFcial facility visits to adult care homes and family care homes. (She has also fulfilled her
continuing education requirements for the committee, and was voted by her peers to receive the Committee's Advocacy Award at
CAC Appreciation Day in April of 2006.)
