CONTRACT EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT
ORANGE COUNTY
THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2014 by and between
ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County") and OE ENTERPRISES (hereinafter referred to as the
"Provider").
WITNESSETH:
THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated July 1, 2011, for custodial services,
(hereinafter the"Original Agreement"); and
WHEREAS,the Original Agreement had a duration of services from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, Special Condition(C) in the bid documents allowed for the contract to be extended for additional periods of
two(2)years each,but not more than four(4)years total; and,
WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to extend the term Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and
conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to
amend the Original Agreement as follows:
1. The Term of the Original Agreement is hereby extended through June 30,2016.
2. The contract shall include such changes to the frequency and level of service as reflected in Attachment A.
Future minor changes to the frequency and level of service may be modified by letter from the Solid Waste
Management Director, as provided for in Special Condition(C)of the bid documents.
3. Except for the changes made herein,the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent
it is not inconsistent with this Amendment. In the event that there is a conflict between the Original
Agreement and this Amendment,this Amendment shall control.
