PURPOSE: To consider making one appointment to the Information Technology Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND: The Information Technology Advisory Board would like to recommend Orlando
Metcalf for appointment to the Information Technology Advisory Board. If appointed, M'r. Metcalf will be
serving a full term that will end 12!31/2009.
FINANCIAL.IMPACT: None.
