Michael,
Although the original change order request was dated January 8,the signed copies did not make it to us until some time
later, then I will confess it spent a few days on my desk during budget preparation time.

Good morning Michael,
Attached is an endorsed change order request in the amount of$3,390 for Owens Roofing with regard to the F. Gordon
Battle Courtroom roof replacement project.
The scope involves:
1. $3,390 for supply and installation of four(4)scuppers to include conductor heads and downspouts.
This request is necessary, reasonable, and is covered by the unforeseen conditions contingency within the capital
project. The need for this work became apparent only after removal of the existing roofing system.
With your approval, I will forward the requested change order to you for execution and subsequent generation of the
necessary contract document amendments.
