The Board met at the usual hour,present Comr,isaioners,J.H Hanner.S.X Nathan and Carl-;T.
Durham. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
On motion,it is hereby ordered that Sam Nunn,be paid j9.00 from the Special Dog tax fund
for 4 turkeys killed by dog:
A Road petition from Little River Citizens for a road les.ding from Harvey'G3Ltes farm on !
Berry$ Grove Road to State Highway No 57,apptoximately t.ao miles in length is hereby
approved'and ordered sent to the State Highway Commission with request to hive locating
j Agent investigate at once,
I The monti,ly report from the Orange County Welfare 0=fice,by Supt.Ill.T -1"attox is hereby
approved.
On motion it is hereby ordered that William Bowens be admitted to the Cou ty Home.
On motion it is hereby ordered that the County property known as the old range
Gold Mine property be sold to CtiX Mitchell for sixty dollars.
On motion it is hereby ordered that Leroy ball be paid from thespecial Dog tax fund
the sum of Fifteen dollars for three cheep,killed by dogs
On motiom it is- hereby ordered that Sheriff.S.T Latta.Jr., be paid the sum of Thirty-
two dollars for the killing of Four sheep at 05.00 and 6 Goats at 92.00,t be paid
from the Special Doi} tax fund.
On motion it is hereby ordered that Walkers -uneral Home be paid $12.00 in art burial
expenses of George Blalock
On motion it is hereby order that Mary Joh �,bqhallowed from the Outside Poor fund

No 14, at the Jordan Filling Station be approved.
A Road petitionto the State Highway Commission to open a road from Jerry Pe ryts
Farm in Durham County to James Roberts Home in Orange,be approved and ordere sent
to the State Highway Commission asking for the Locating Engineer to investig to at
once.
On motion it is hereby ordered that Orren Dodson be paid $5.00 for one ig
killed by dogs same to be said from the Dog tax fund,
On motion it is hereby ordered that C.E Jordan be granted a Paddlers License
to sell produce etc,for the rest of the Fiscal Year on account of Physical
disability.
Miss Grace E Holcomb Home Demonstration agent submitted a detaildd report or
all activities during November the report is hereby commended and ordered
filed with the proper reports,
