Addendum to Unified Development r in nce ( O) Contract 4123/2012

Addendum to extend the following compensation changes to the Orange County's color printing rate and additional
editorial time for the initial project. All additional pricing will remain the same as outlined in the original contract.
Once the signed addendum is received by Municode a new set of proofs will be provided to the County for review.
Please return the proofs to Municode within 45 business days.
Additional Cost to base project
$750 One-Time fee to insert the Color Headers, Tables and Charts in the initial publication of the UDO
New Rate Existing Contract Rate
No Charge $2.50 per page—Color Graphics, Images, Headers,Tables and Charts
