PURPOSE: To consider for approval the regular meeting schedule for the
Board of County Commissioners for calendar year 1997 .
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 143. 318 . 12 of the General Statutes, a
schedule of regular meetings shall be filed with the Clerk to the Board
of County Commissioners. The schedule must show the date, time and
place of each meeting. This schedule was presented and approved on
November 4, 1996. Since that time, several dates and locations have
changed. This revised calendar is being presented for the Board' s
approval .
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Board of County Commissioners Meeting
Calendar as revised.
