Purpose: To review and confirm the topics to be pursued in future meetings as a result of the December 7
BOCC Retreat
Background: Staff has collectively reviewed notes from the December 7 BOCC Retreat and provided the list
as attached. The items(January) in parentheses carried emphasis at the retreat as needing
attention in January. The two January meetings now scheduled are the January 16
Worksession and January 21 Regular Meeting.
Recommendation: The Manager recommends that the Board of County Commissioners define priority
items to be addressed in January with staff to suggest timetable for other items at future
meeting.
