Air Conditioning Renovation 8t Replacement Project Revised Proposal Dear Wilbert I am pleased to offer my professional services on the above referenced projet. The existing systems will be documented and a load analysis performed. Potential solutions will be . assessed and the most viable one will be selected. It is anticipated that the new hvac systems for this building will need to be phased in so that on-going operations can be maintained. However, there will probably be a need for some down time and temporary relocations during the construction period. Construction documents and specifications for the implementation of the selected options will be prepared including hvac related electrical requirements. This proposal also includes miscellaneous hvac related architectural changes. These architectural changes are anticipated to be primarly ceiling plan changes. These services also include attendance at pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, construction observation visits, punch list walk through and follow up, and as-built drawings. I offer these services for the lump sum amount of S 6,000.00 as per our 8/1/%meeting. Sincerely, 04V olrovrm Gary L.
