DURHAM TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
ORANGE CO. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT agrees to provide the following services to Durham
(Contractor)
Technical Community College on the indicated dates:
Starting July 1, 1995 and ending June 30, 1996, Orange County Management will
provide administrative support for Fire and Emergency Services training classes
conducted in Orange County under the supervision of Durham Technical Community
College.
Durham Technical Community College agrees to the following in return for the services rendered:
Upon completion of services and receipt of an invoice, Durham Tech will pay Orange
County Emergency Management $7705.00. Quarterly invoices will be accepted.
