Dear Jeanette,
The Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee would like to recommend Ms. Teri Driscoll for a one year training
term. Ms. Driscoll was appointed to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee in September, 2012
however resigned in the Spring of 2013 due to a conflict of interest. (Her daughter became the administrator of one of
the Adult Care Homes in Orange county.) During her short time on the ACH committee Ms. Driscoll attended all five
business meetings, served as the committee's secretary, performed all assigned quarterly reports, and attended several
trainings related to geriatrics and long term care. She truly went the extra mile in performing her volunteer advocacy
responsibilities.
